More than a trainer. You get a mentor in your kid's corner and a year-round plan to get them where they're trying to go. Every rep Filmed. Tracked. Verified.
So the growth is real, and you see it.
In person in Sarasota, or fully remote worldwide.

Talent gets a kid noticed. A plan, and someone guiding them, gets them there.
Apex Foundry is a long-term mentorship first: a coach who has walked the path, invested in your athlete as a person, with a year-round plan you can actually see.
Vahn is the model: not a summer, a system. Offseason build into summer ramp into in-season hold, every block filmed and graded. The record below is the format. We fill it with the athlete's verified trend, never a promise.

We cannot say enough great things about Apex Foundry and the impact it has had on our son's football career. As a wide receiver, our son trained there for two years, and the results were incredible. Apex Foundry not only develops athletic ability, they build the confidence, discipline, work ethic, and mindset needed to compete at the next level.
What makes Apex Foundry exceptional is how they keep parents informed and involved throughout. Apex Foundry communicates consistently, gives honest feedback, and truly partners with families. Apex Foundry pushed our son to excel and fully prepared him for the demands of Division I football. Any player who gets the opportunity to work with them will be better for it.
Distance changes nothing. You film any rep, whether it’s practice, a game, or the backyard, and it lands in one place where every frame gets drawn on, slowed down, and stacked side‑by‑side against the pros. Same film, same eye, no matter where the athlete lives.
The highest-rated coaching app in the world, trusted by over a million coaches and athletes. Your athlete gets their own private page where every rep is uploaded, slowed to the frame, annotated, and run through AI skeleton tracking that maps their biomechanics joint by joint. It’s how we coach movement as closely from across the country as we do in person.
Learn more at coachnow.comThe Apex Foundry standard means never stopping the climb: chasing the peak of the craft on the clinic floor, in install calls, and on the AFCA Convention stage. Every rep of learning gets carried back down the mountain and poured into the foundry: the technique, the knowledge, and the work that serve the kids forged here. Watch the climb.
Two decades around development that sends players to Sundays, distilled into one repeatable standard you can watch being taught, not just described.
A player is not built in a weekend camp or a highlight you bought. Traits hold when they are built slowly and corrected every single week. We do not microwave a player. We forge one.
A season is not one setting. In-season is the smartest workload of all, because the games are the work: we protect the body, refine fundamentals, and course-correct off the tape instead of grinding athletes down in extra sessions. Each phase gets its own plan.
Offseason · Dec–Mar
The heavy development window. Strength, mechanics, and top-end speed rebuilt from the ground up. The biggest gains are made here.
Summer · Apr–Aug
Volume and conditioning to survive camp. Routes get crisp, the body gets game-ready. The College Bridge window for athletes reporting to campus.
In-Season · Aug–Nov
The games are the work. We refine fundamentals, manage fatigue, and fix Friday's tape before next Friday. Smarter workloads protect the gains instead of grinding them away.
Post-Season · Nov–Dec
Grade the full body of work, build the highlight tape, and set the next cycle. The transfer portal window for athletes on the move.

No guaranteed outcomes. A documented body of work, graded the same way every time, that recruits on its own behalf.

The Pipeline
Placement. Where the athlete would line up on a college roster today. Film sets it; the body confirms, caps, or elevates.
Reliability. How much of that level the athlete actually commands: technique, hands, awareness, and consistency, rep to rep.
Together they produce one grade and a projection. Magnitude is where they play right now. Mastery is how reliably they win there. Every grade is anchored to the trait holding the athlete back, and explains exactly why they are not higher.
