1. Who we are

Apex Foundry LLC (“Apex Foundry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a football player development and mentorship business based in Sarasota, Florida. Our website is www.apexfoundryllc.com. Questions about this policy can be directed to contact@apexfoundryllc.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

Information you provide directly. When you submit a consult or intake form on our site, we collect the information you enter — which may include athlete name, parent or guardian name, email address, phone number, graduation year, position, goals, and film links. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and conduct your consult.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, we and our third-party service providers collect certain information automatically, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent, and referring URL. This is used to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to consult and intake requests and communicate with prospective athletes and families.
  • To understand how visitors find and use our site so we can improve it.
  • To measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services on our site. Each has its own privacy policy.

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic and user behavior. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects anonymized usage data. You can opt out via Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram)

We use the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance and reach relevant audiences on Facebook and Instagram. The Pixel may set cookies and collect data about your visit. You can manage your ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences. Meta’s privacy policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy.

Formspree

Our consult and intake forms are processed by Formspree, which receives and stores the data you submit in order to deliver it to us. Formspree’s privacy policy: formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

CoachNow

Athletes we work with use CoachNow for film analysis and coaching communication. CoachNow’s privacy policy: coachnow.com/privacy-policy.

5. Cookies

Our site uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — primarily through Google Analytics and Meta Pixel. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit some functionality. We do not use cookies to store personally identifiable information directly.

6. Data retention

We retain form submission data for as long as necessary to conduct and follow up on consult inquiries, and no longer than two years unless a coaching relationship is established. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing contact@apexfoundryllc.com.

7. Training film & media

During training sessions, film may be captured for coaching, evaluation, and development purposes. By engaging Apex Foundry for training services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Film and images captured during sessions may be used for athlete development, film review, and coaching feedback via CoachNow or similar platforms.
  • Session footage may be used on Apex Foundry’s Instagram (@forgedinthefoundry) and other social media for instructional, promotional, or teaching purposes.
  • Footage may be used in future teaching tape, clinic materials, or educational content produced by Apex Foundry.
  • Athletes will not be identified by full name without express permission. If you do not wish your athlete’s footage to be used publicly, you must notify us in writing at contact@apexfoundryllc.com before training begins.

8. Children's privacy

Our services are directed to athletes and their families. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without parental consent. Intake forms are intended to be completed by a parent or guardian on behalf of a minor athlete.

8. Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@apexfoundryllc.com. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
